Rules are pretty simple. This is a semi-private site. So basically just don't be a douche and we'll be fine. I also reserve the right to kick anyone who I see fit for any reason such as bullying, distasteful RPing, etc.

Register with an alias/nickname. No character accounts. This forum doesn't have subforums and I have way too many muses to be concerned with individual character accounts. You can, however, make a character bio in the character directory portion of the site.
